Number 6: Remember the fingers and tootsies
We lose most of our heat through our head and our feet. Therefore, a hat is crucial but also snug feet are important too. Make sure boots are warn that are waterproof but also breathable to prevent sweat gathering around the feet. Mittens and gloves are also an important accessory, especially for toddlers, and can easily be clipped to coats so they won’t be lost. Look out for snowsuits that have sleeves that you can fold over if your little one objects to mittens!
Hopefully, somewhere in there, there is a nugget of advice that will keep your baby warm and comfortable this winter.
