Tip 3: Change the nappy and make a feed at a strategic time

Giving your baby a feed just before you want to sleep and making sure the bottom is dry will mean a few uninterrupted hours of sleep for mum and dad.  There is nothing worse for sleep deprivation than just dropping off as a parent, only to be woken by baby needing a change or a feed.  Getting into routines of when you sleep is as important of getting baby into a routine of sleep.
